1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the betjlii website, mobile platform, or any associated service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use betjlii in any capacity.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and betjlii with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind between the parties, whether written or oral, relating to your use of betjlii.

betjlii reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of betjlii after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account on betjlii, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. betjlii operates a strict 18+ policy. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any service on betjlii.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restrictions on online gambling, you must not register.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended betjlii account. Only one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted.
• Accurate information: All registration details you provide — including name, date of birth, email address, and payment method information — must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement with betjlii or any related gaming platform.

betjlii may request documentary proof of age and identity at any point during your account's lifetime. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by an authorised Bangladeshi government body. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3 Account Registration & Security

Registration on betjlii requires you to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and your date of birth. You agree to keep all account information current and accurate at all times. If any of your details change — including your payment method or contact information — you must update your account profile promptly.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betjlii login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. betjlii strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not used on any other platform.

• Credential sharing: You must not share your betjlii login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility.
• Suspicious activity: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact betjlii support immediately at support@betjlii and change your password without delay.
• Official communications: betjlii will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
• Device security: betjlii recommends that you do not access your account from shared or public devices. Always log out fully after each session, particularly when using smartphones shared with other household members.
• Account non-transferability: Your betjlii account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

betjlii supports a comprehensive range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. All financial transactions on betjlii are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are protected by SSL encryption.

Supported payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. betjlii may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice, subject to operational and regulatory requirements.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: Mobile-money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal method matching: Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless betjlii's compliance team approves an alternative method in writing.
• Transaction fees: betjlii does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile-money provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which betjlii accepts no responsibility.
• Declined transactions: betjlii reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms is suspected.
• Bonus conditions: Funds credited as part of a bonus promotion may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

betjlii offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback promotions, and Loyalty Program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of the individual offer.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. betjlii reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion, including restricting offers to players in specific geographic regions or to those who have met defined deposit or activity thresholds.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated clearly in the specific bonus offer terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity window.
• Game contribution: Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in each offer's terms.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated free bets that remain unused after the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse prevention: betjlii reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where abuse, exploitation of a technical error, collusion, or breach of these Terms & Conditions is detected. This includes the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer.
• Loyalty Program: Points earned through the betjlii Loyalty Program are subject to the specific terms published on the Loyalty Program page. Points have no cash value unless specifically redeemed through an approved reward mechanism.

betjlii reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players where reasonably practicable.

6 Betting & Casino Game Rules

All betting and casino activity on betjlii is subject to the general rules set out below, as well as any game-specific rules displayed within each individual game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between general rules and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

• Bet acceptance: A bet or wager is accepted only when betjlii's system confirms it with a unique transaction reference number. Unconfirmed bets are not binding on betjlii.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface and may vary by product, payment method, and player account tier.
• Odds and pricing: betjlii reserves the right to correct manifest errors in published odds. Where a bet has been accepted at an erroneous price that is clearly outside the normal market range, betjlii reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• In-play betting: Live in-play betting markets on cricket (BPL, Bangladesh Tigers, T20 World Cup, IPL) and other sports are subject to real-time suspension and settlement. betjlii accepts no liability for any delay in odds updates caused by data feed interruptions.
• RNG games: All slot games and virtual table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. RNG outcomes are independently tested to ensure fairness.
• Live casino: Live dealer games provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are subject to the rules enforced by the live dealer and the provider platform. betjlii is not liable for technical interruptions in live streams that are outside its direct control.
• Voided bets: betjlii reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a clear technical error, data error, or event cancellation has occurred. In all such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Disputes: Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised with betjlii support within 30 days of the relevant event outcome being published. Claims raised after this period will not be considered.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on betjlii. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action where applicable under Bangladeshi law.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent bank transfers, or any other deceptive financial instrument to fund your betjlii account.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any casino game, poker hand, or betting market — including match-fixing or price manipulation in sports betting markets.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus terms through multiple account registrations, deliberate low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to extract bonus value (commonly called "bonus hunting"), or misrepresenting eligibility for an offer.
• Software exploitation: Using automated betting scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over betjlii's platform or other players.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your betjlii account, or accessing any other player's account.
• Harmful conduct: Engaging in abusive, threatening, racist, or otherwise harmful communication toward betjlii staff or other players through any support or community channel.
• Money laundering: Using betjlii as a conduit for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity. betjlii has a zero-tolerance policy for such activity and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant Bangladeshi authorities.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

betjlii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where betjlii determines — at its sole and reasonable discretion — that any of the following circumstances apply:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age following an age verification check.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is detected in connection with the account.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• betjlii is required to close the account by applicable law, regulation, or court order.
• The player requests voluntary self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their betjlii account may do so at any time by contacting support at support@betjlii. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, betjlii will process the closure within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be refunded to the player's registered payment method.

Accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, or criminal activity may have their balances withheld pending investigation. betjlii will not be liable for any losses incurred by a player as a result of a justified account suspension or closure.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betjlii and its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the betjlii platform or any of its services.

• Platform availability: betjlii makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or third-party infrastructure failures may cause temporary unavailability. betjlii is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime.
• Data accuracy: While betjlii takes care to ensure that odds, scores, and game data are accurate, errors may occasionally occur due to feed delays or technical issues. betjlii is not liable for betting decisions made on the basis of inaccurate third-party data.
• Internet connectivity: betjlii is not liable for any disruption to your gaming or betting experience caused by your internet service provider, mobile network operator, or device hardware.
• Third-party services: betjlii uses third-party providers for game software (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) and payment processing (bKash, Nagad, etc.). betjlii is not liable for service failures, delays, or errors attributable to these third parties.
• Gambling losses: Gambling involves financial risk. betjlii is not liable for any losses you incur through betting or casino play, regardless of the circumstances. You accept full responsibility for all gambling decisions made on your account.

Nothing in this section limits betjlii's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Bangladeshi law.

10 Amendments & Governing Law

betjlii reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with an updated effective date prominently displayed. Where amendments are material, betjlii will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account.

Your continued use of betjlii following the publication of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not accept any revised terms, your sole remedy is to cease using betjlii and request account closure in accordance with Section 8.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and good faith applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Bangladesh market. betjlii operates as a safe and reliable platform and is committed to resolving all disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently.
